Verbos modales - English Modal Verbs - e Learn English Language Esta lección consiste en dos partes. Parte 1 explica la gramática de los verbos modales y sus posiciones en frases o preguntas. Página 2 explica la significación de cada verbo modal y suministra frases como ejemplos de uso. Los verbos modales ingleses, modal verbs, se llaman tambien modal auxiliary verbs, modal auxiliaries o simplamente modals. Estos verbos son un categoría de verbos auxiliares, es decir que no se puede usarlos sin verbo principal. Aunque la significación y el uso de los verbos modales sean complicados, su gramática es simple. Hay diez verbos modales ingleses: En una frase o una pregunta, un verbo modal siempre está seguido por un verbo principal en su forma base (base form), con una excepción: el verbo modal ought está seguido por un verbo principal en su forma infinitiva (infinitive form).
