Indiana Scholarships | Student Grants & Scholarship Funds | CICF
Central Indiana Community Foundation (CICF) is committed to college success for students through the power of scholarships. Our Scholarship Program makes awards that are impactful and often renewable to increase students’ chances of academic and financial success. Every year, the need for scholarships is greater than the available resources. Tuition continues to rise faster than wages and inflation, federal education aid is stagnant, and aid increasingly comes in the form of loans (that must be repaid) instead of grants. Who Can Apply The 2014 Scholarship Guidebook organizes all general scholarships into the three categories listed below to assist students in identifying scholarships for which they may be eligible. Category I: Current High School SeniorCategory II: Current College StudentCategory III: Not Currently Enrolled in High School or College The Foundation also holds scholarship funds administered by local schools, education foundations and/or other organizations.
