Rex Nichols Architects Top Miami architectural firm Rex Nichols Architects got a contract from Emaar Properties for design work in the first phase of pre-construction Emaar Properties, the developer of a 10-tower project in Dubai, commissioned a Fort Lauderdale-based architecture firm to design the buildings’ façades. Emaar commissioned Rex Nichols Architects (RNA) for the first pre-construction phase of the development, called Dubai Creek Harbor. The mixed-use development near downtown Dubai, scheduled for completion in 2020, would include residences, retail stores, restaurants and offices.

Rex Nichols Architects When Emaar Properties chose Dubai Creek Harbor as their next bold contemporary architecture vision for Dubai, they had a world of architectural genius at their fingertips. To narrow their selection, Emaar Properties commissioned three top architecture firms in the US for a paid competition to become a new architect in between the famous Dubai architects. Only three of the Miami architects firms would be selected to submit their design vision for the 10-building luxury houses waterfront development named Dubai Creek Cove and to be the architect between the top Dubai architects.
