If you like to paint, I have a really fun project to share today! My inspiration for these easy DIY enamel painted vases came from a restaurant in Sonoma called El Dorado Kitchen. Supplies: Three different sized vases from the Dollar Store (here,here and here), dishwasher safe PermEnamel paint in Mediterranean Blue and White (or whatever color you prefer), PermEnamel Surface Conditioner from Michaels Arts and Crafts store, paper towels, paint brush and a mixing bowl. As petals get their nourishment through stem, the idea is to split the stem into several channels and dip each one in a different colored water. This way all the colors will be drawn by the stem into petals and resultant rose will have all the colors in it. And really, it's not all that unfair in the general sense either — the novelization is out-of-print, which admittedly is true of pretty much the entire range, but its Amazon page doesn't even have a proper image, which seems a tad depressing. As for the webcast, it's pretty well-hidden on the website — only a couple clicks, but they're not super obvious — and I can't actually get the webcast to play, and I'm pretty sure because the coding for the page is pretty hopelessly out-of-date. Honestly, that seems fairly withered to me. Let's really complicate things. It's crazy how many versions of Shada are out there. That, of course, is but one of many equally valid interpretations. Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries Yield: 10 - 12 strawberries (depending on size) Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 0 minutes Total Time: 15 minutes Ingredients: 1 pound large strawberries 8 ounce block cream cheese – softened 3 – 4 tablespoons powdered sugar (depends on how sweet you want the filling) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or use almond, lemon, etc. ) Graham cracker crumbs Source: Inspired by pictures seen on Pinterest Directions: Rinse strawberries and cut around the top of the strawberry.
