Imagen vía La ausencia de límites morales en las obras de Toshio Saeki es tan grande como su creatividad. Violaciones, coprofagia, necrofilia incesto, zoofilia, sexo con seres aberrantes… Este artista japonés, de casi 70 años, es el heredero actual de esa atracción tan primitiva y humana por lo terrible unido a lo bello que Japón ha sabido conjugar tan bien. Al abrir una puerta a la obra de Saeki vemos escenas espeluznantes de las que huiríamos cerrando de un portazo, pero ese segundo de pánico absoluto queda grabado en la mente y es muy difícil de borrar (como aquella vez que pillaste a tus padres en la cama). Saeki plasma sin pudor los tabús más arraigados del espíritu humano y se recrea en ellos (artísticamente hablando) de una manera escandalosa, pero los representa con un trazo limpio y elegante. El artista japonés juega con ello y en sus escenarios los niños adquieren un gesto de una maldad adulta, el sexo toma formas depravadas y los monstruos conviven con lo cotidiano. Imagen vía

Seguimos en el mundo de la ilustración, la verdad es que llevaba varías semanas con un artista en la recámara, y con muchas ganas de publicar su trabajo, pero últimamente no he tenido demasiado tiempo.
