UiT in Vlaanderen economy of culture « European Expert Network on Culture (EENC) Frédéric Gimello-Mesplomb is a researcher and an academic working as a Director of the Master programme in Mediation and Cultural Expertise and an Associate Professor of Film Studies and Cultural Economics at the University of Lorraine. Frédéric works in the area of political economy of cultural industries and socio-economy of culture and media. His research engages with questions of cultural evaluation and classification, and processes of legitimation of films and filmmakers within the public support system. From 2000 to 2004 he was researcher for the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS), and from 2003 he is an expert for the European Commission (DG Research and DG Education & Media). Additionally Frédéric is an Adjunct Professor at the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences-Po) and a coordinator of the European Master in Arts, Culture and International Management (EMACIM). of Slovenia Emona (Latin: Colonia Iulia Aemona) was a Roman civil town, built on the site of an old indigenous settlement on the territory of the present Ljubljana. The Roman Emona sites in Ljubljana can be seen in several parts west of the old town centre. It is also the setting of a popular novel The Stranger in Emona [Tujec v Emoni] (1978) by Mira Mihelič. Emona's ground plan was 430 metres times 540 metres and was surrounded by city walls, which were 6 to 8 metres high and 2.5 metres thick. Emona had a population of 3,000 to 5,000 people, mostly farmers, landlords and merchants, including a small number of government officials and war veterans.

Le débat s'est concentré sur les régulations financières proposées par la Commission Européenne. Le Parlément Européen a quant à lui passé un cap important avec, le 18 décembre dernier, le vote en faveur du rapport sur "Creative Europe". En mai 2012, les états membres avaient déjà signé un premier accord, l'orientation générale partielle. Après la deuxième orientation générale partielle, le premier accord reste intact sauf que les ministres ont approuvé la garantie financière. Le deuxième accord des ministres introduit une balance des représentations géographiques et sectorielles dans la sélection des bénéficiaires.
