For the second challenge, players had to determine which organs were stored in which jars, then solve a simple riddle to place the jars in the correct order (from left to right). This challenge included clues in the journal, an anagram, and a series of arithmetic equations to figure out the contents of the jars. A jigsaw puzzle (again, pieces players cut out with scissors) revealed the riddle for the jar order.
