Casino rachète les parts des frères Charle dans Cdiscount - LExpress.fr Les frères Charle, fondateurs de Cdiscount, ont vendu le solde de leur participation au capital du site internet de e-commerce au groupe Casino qui en détient désormais la quasi-totalité, selon un communiqué publié jeudi par le groupe de distribution. Les trois frères Hervé, Christophe et Nicolas Charle vendent leur participation de 18,6% au groupe Casino mais n'ont pas précisé le montant de l'opération. L'enseigne détient désormais 99,6% du capital. Les frères Charle, qui avaient créé Cdiscount en 1998, quittent la société pour "d'autres projets professionnels", a précisé Casino. Casino était arrivé en 2000 au capital de Cdiscount pour lui permettre de se développer. En 2009, le site a vu son chiffe d'affaires franchir le milliard d'euros (TTC).

Yesterday was my longest solo ride, my second “double century”, and my 40th “century”. It took 16 hours; the first few hours were in the dark, as were the last few hours. It was mentally much easier than I expected. Once off the bike paths and onto the “real” ride, it didn't start smoothly.

I'd gone three weeks ago when only a few blossoms had appeared, but now it's pretty much in full bloom. There was the slightest of rain... you didn't need an umbrella for the most part... which kept the crowds down. There are many different kinds of plum, with a wide variety of pinks, creams, and whites... Not everyone was there to take pictures. I was using my weather-sealed Nikkor 70-200/2.8 most of the time due to the spritzy rain... ... but I longed to use the Voigtländer 125mm for its macro capabilities. It looks like the same bird I saw last time, but this time he was hopping all over, seemingly drinking nectar from the blossoms. To be continued...
