Gravity-Defying Land Art by Cornelia Konrads German artist Cornelia Konrads creates mind-bending site-specific installations in public spaces, sculpture parks and private gardens around the world. Her work is frequently punctuated by the illusion of weightlessness, where stacked objects like logs, fences, and doorways appear to be suspended in mid-air, reinforcing their temporary nature as if the installation is beginning to dissolve before your very eyes. One of her more recent sculptures, Schleudersitz is an enormous slingshot made from a common park bench, and you can get a great idea of what it might be like to sit inside it with this interactive 360 degree view. What you see here only begins to sratch the surface of Konrad’s work. You can see much more on her website. All imagery courtesy the artist. Update: Post updated 10/18/2016 with new photography.

Focus Focus on the Red Dot and give us a like if the blue circle disappeared. This is a practical demonstration of the word 'focus'; when you focus on a thing, the remaining thoughts and objects should disappear. Understanding Training Equipment Options - Collars, Leashes and Crates Training pet dog behavior is for two general purposes—"do" and "don't": First is training basic manners, or "do"—to perform desired behaviors on cue such as "sit," "down," "come," "stay," and walk politely on leash. The other purpose of pet dog training is "don't do"—don't jump, pull on leash, run away, take candy from the baby and the like. Training basic manners behaviors—"Do" Given the large number of training books, author-named "methods," and different "trainers to the stars," it may seem as if there are nearly countless ways to train a dog. Despite this impression, the fact is that training basic behaviors falls into one of, or a combination of, three categories: 1) Lure-Reward (L-R), 2) Compulsion-Praise (C-P) and 3) Marker- Training (M-T). Lure-Reward Training — The trainer entices the dog into the desired position by typically using a hand-held food lure, like a treat. Reducing undesirable behavior—"Don't" There are two main training approaches for reducing undesirable behaviors:
