Vi har ett antal engelsktalande länder i världen och därför är det lätt att glömma att den engelskan som talas i dessa länder skiljer sig åt till mer än bara olika accenter och dialekter. Some people believe that the problem is being blown out of proportion, while others believe that more needs to be done to address bullying.
