[EN] Historical Map Collection David Rumsey - Cartes anciennes et récentes Map History / History of Cartography - WWW-Virtual Library Plans du cadastre napoléonien numérisé | Archives dép. 63 Les archives départementales du Puy-de-Dôme permettent la consultation en ligne de plus de 5326 plans du cadastre parcellaire dit napoléonien, qui recouvrent toutes les communes du département. La loi du 15 septembre 1807 promulguée par Napoléon 1er instaure en France le cadastre général parcellaire, c'est-à-dire le relevé géographique de l'ensemble du territoire sur la base d'un découpage en parcelles. Ce relevé a pour but d'établir de façon exacte l'assiette de l'impôt pour les propriétés bâties et non bâties. Il est composé d’états de sections, de matrices des propriétés bâties et non bâties, et de plans aquarellés. Chaque commune est décrite, sauf exception, à partir d'un plan d'assemblage, qui répartit sa surface en sections, puis par plans parcellaires détaillés. Ce plan, jamais remis à jour, est valable jusqu'à la rénovation du cadastre de chaque commune qui s'est étendue de 1930 à 1982. Aujourd’hui, le cadastre napoléonien n’est donc plus un outil fiscal. 5000 rare and unique maps are now available online - ANU Over 5,000 unique maps from the Asia-Pacific Map Collection are now available online as part of an ongoing project by The Australian National University's College of Asia and the Pacific. This significant portion of the college's map collection is now available on Open Research for people to download and enjoy for free. The collection is home to a variety of topographic, cadastral, aeronautical, and thematic maps, some of which date back hundreds of years. "The earliest map dates back to 1662. "We have over 120 antique maps from the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries, 60 of which were generously donated to us by Clive Kessler." The collection is home to some unique, one of a kind pieces as well. "The Roti Map is a pre-1907, hand drawn piece representing Dutch political structure, showing all villages on the island," said Ms Sheehan. Plan cadastral - Données Le plan cadastral est le découpage du territoire français en unités de surfaces permettant le calcul de certains impôts. Chaque commune est subdivisée en sections, elles-mêmes subdivisées en feuilles (ou planches). Une feuille cadastrale comporte des parcelles, qui peuvent supporter des bâtiments. Différence par rapport au PCI Vecteur Contrairement au Plan Cadastral Informatisé au format EDIGÉO qui est un ensemble de 600 000 feuilles cadastrales avec de nombreux éléments liés à la fiscalité ou à l'habillage du plan, cette version retravaillée par Etalab se concentre sur le découpage parcellaire et sur les bâtiments. Les différentes couches d'information géographique sont constituées par juxtaposition des feuilles, sans correction. Ces données incluent aussi le référentiel cadastral géré par l'Eurométropole de Strasbourg. Carmen - Cartes publiques et services web cartographiques Consulter l’ensemble des cartes publiques est possible grâce au catalogue des cartes et services web cartographiques publiés via CARMEN. Ce catalogue met à votre disposition la liste des cartes et des services web cartographiques associés (service de visualisation WMS et service de téléchargement direct WFS) produits par les adhérents CARMEN. Le différentiel entre les cartes réalisées et les cartes publiées que vous pouvez constater sur certains comptes indique que certaines cartes ne sont pas publiques (verrouillées par un mot de passe). N’hésitez pas à consulter les cartes pour les visualiser, les interroger, les imprimer, voir les télécharger (fonction des paramètres de l’organisme).
