The Tabby Tiger The Golden Tabby Tiger, also known as the Strawberry Tiger, is very rare and there are only 30 of them in captivity. The extremely rare color variation is caused by a recessive gene and is currently only found in captive tigers. In addition to the strange coloring, these tigers tend to be larger and have thicker fur. Another 20 games that make you think about life First we gave you five. Then we gave you ten. Now we are giving you 20 games that make you think about life. If you have developed a taste for games of a philosophical nature, then you should be in for a treat - we have some seriously innovative games here, everything from Elude, a game that explores the nature of depression, to Ulitsa Dimitrova, a tale about a street-urchin in Russia. Make your own Airsoft machine gun with a soda bottle Would you like to own an Airsoft gun, but can’t afford to buy one? How about making one instead using a soda bottle? Better yet, how about making a machine gun that only requires 4 cheap and commonly available parts that’s capable of firing hundreds Airsoft BBs before a reload is required? The informative video below shows you exactly how to do that for around $15. The parts you’ll need include a plastic soda bottle, a quick release air compressor adaptor, an air compressor blowgun, and a 7mm by 6-inch brake line. The instructions make this look simple to do. Any concerns over the pressure inside the bottle are laid to rest in the comments on the YouTube video. It goes without saying you should wear protective gear while using this gun, and never point it at another individual, or pet for that matter.

Ultimate Tic-Tac-Toe Updated 7/16/2013 – See Original Here Once at a picnic, I saw mathematicians crowding around the last game I would have expected: Tic-tac-toe. As you may have discovered yourself, tic-tac-toe is terminally dull. There’s no room for creativity or insight. Good players always tie. Games inevitably go something like this: But the mathematicians at the picnic played a more sophisticated version. As I watched, the basic rules emerged quickly. Each turn, you mark one of the small squares. But it took a while for the most important rule in the game to dawn on me: You don’t get to pick which of the nine boards to play on. Then your next move must be here… This lends the game a strategic element. The resulting scenarios look bizarre. A few clarifying rules are necessary: What if my opponent sends me to a board that’s already been won? What if one of the small boards results in a tie? When I see my students playing tic-tac-toe, I resist the urge to roll my eyes, and I teach them this game instead.

How to win Rock-paper-scissors every time - StumbleUpon I admit it. When I first heard there are actual tournaments for Rock-paper-scissors, sanctioned by the World Rock Paper Scissors Society, I laughed. I mean seriously, $50k to the winner of a game that requires no skill whatsoever? Absurd. Boy was I wrong. Rock-paper-scissors isn't just a silly game kids play or a way to decide who has to be the designated driver at parties. Males have a tendency to throw rock on their first try, inexperienced RPS players will subconsciously deliver the item that won previously, and paper is thrown least often, so use it as a surprise.
