Gerade bei veganen Gerichten kann ich die Anwendung vom Kombu nur empfehlen, es ist ein natürlicher Geschmacksverstärker und gibt allen Gerichten das gewisse Etwas. Kombu schmeckt auch überhaupt nicht „nach Meer“ oder „fischig“, es hat kaum Eigengeschmack. Ich habe sehr gute Ergebnisse mit folgenden Zutaten erreichen können: Kombu, getrocknete Shiitake und Maitake Pilze(Bild vorne). sehr empflehenswert. Son los libros con los que he aprendido coreano hasta ahora y con los que Jumi daba sus clases de coreano.
