Pool Rotterdam - en stad med många ansikten belägen två meter under havsytan och med en skyline under ständig förändring. I september tog vi oss an denna stad med öppna hjärtan och gav den uppdraget att överraska oss med olika upplevelser, några förbestämda, andra framforskade på plats. Detta med syftet att reflektera över upplevelser utifrån ett innan-, under- och efter-perspektiv och på detta sätt samla dokumentation och inspiration för att kunna möta våra kunders framtida utmaningar. I mindre grupper besökte vi en fotoutställning, en city farm, ett manga-museum, ett zoo, en kyrka, urban farming på ett hustak, båtsightseeing i en av Europas största hamnar, ett microbryggeri och mycket mer. Vi gick vilse och hittade rätt, fast det blev fel. Vände kappan efter vinden och hamnade på en maskerad.

Here he explains the idea behind the sandal’s design and speaks about the wild possibilities and limitations that are part of living in the remote west texas desert town of Marfa, Texas. The prototype presented this year is “Livingbox”, a modular and transportable residential/hospitality unit made by Edilportale in collaboration with the University of Trento, open and accessible to visitors in a world première. The Concept of Livingbox has been certified MAKE IT SUSTAINABLE because it has been made using processes and infrastructure consistent with principles of sustainability and internationally recognized standards and models. Livingbox is the first operational phase of a process of analysing and studying the opportunities of prefabricated residential units, started in 2006 by Edilportale with the international design competition of the same name.
