"Antibiogram, Biochemical Reactions and Biotyping of Biofield Treated P" by Mahendra Kumar Trivedi
Description Providencia rettgeri (P. rettgeri) is the key organism for gastrointestinal tract infections due to its high virulence properties. The current study was designed to investigate the effect of Mr. Trivedi’s biofield energy treatment on P. rettgeri in lyophilized as well as revived state for antimicrobial susceptibility pattern, biochemical characteristics, and biotype number. The lyophilized strain of P. rettgeri (ATCC 9250) was divided into two parts, Group (Gr.) Citation Information Mahendra Kumar Trivedi.

Antibiogram, Biochemical Reactions and Biotyping of Biofield Treated Providencia rettgeri American Journal of Health Research 2015; 3(6): 344-351 346 as mentioned in antimicrobial susceptibility assay for analysis of biochemical reactions fol lowed by biotype number. interprets the microbe’s biochemical results with the use of a photometric or fluorogenic reader. bacilli (Gram-negative or Gram-positive), it generates computerized reports using conventional panels, which utilizes the photometric reader and provide identification results. panel was first incubated and read on the MicroScan Walkaway system. system and read on the Bio mic system within 1 hour. MicroScan Walk-Away instrument consist of a database associated with collective information, which is essential to identify the group, genera, or species of the family. detailed experimental procedures and conditions were followed as per the manufacturer's instructions [16]. 2.5. The biotype number of P. rettgeri was determined on MicroScan Walk-Away processed panel data report with the help of biochemical reactions data. 3. 3.1. (Gr.

Characterization of Physical, Thermal and Spectral Properties of Biofield Treated 2,6-Dichlorophenol 2,6-Dichlorophenol (2,6-DCP) is a compound used for the synthesis of chemicals and pharmaceutical agents. The present work is intended to evaluate the impact of Mr. Trivedi's biofield energy treatment on physical, thermal and spectral properties of the 2,6-DCP. The control and treated 2,6-DCP were characterized by various analytical techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, and ultra violet-visible spectroscopy (UV-vis) analysis. The XRD results showed the increase in crystallite size of treated sample by 28.94% as compared to the control sample.
