And let me tell you, this nook works harder than any other spot in our place. Here is what we started with. So much wasted space, so little organization, and just plain uuuugly. We cleared out the space, painted the turquoise wall, invested in our IKEA Algot system and Aneboda wardrobe, some storage bins, and got to installing and organizing…. And now? There are a few main zones of the nook. To the left of the paints are the drawer section of our Algot system. Then we move over to the actual shelving part. All of our paperwork had been in magazine files up in our office (which will be no longer, with baby sprout coming along!) The magazine files that stayed were for a few select items that we add to very frequently. The shelves didn’t quite reach all the way to the other wall due to a bulkhead, but luckily, this worked out perfectly. Grand total: $528 Phew! Want to start a blog?

Comment faire un jardin en permaculture ? Avant de parler de jardin en permaculture, rappelons que la permaculture est bien plus qu’une nouvelle approche du jardinage biologique. Avec sa médiatisation actuelle, elle est hélas trop souvent réduite à des techniques de jardinage et ce n’est vraiment pas lui rendre justice ! Nous souhaitons donc ici lui redonner ses lettres de noblesse, car la permaculture est un concept global génial induisant une véritable philosophie de vie où animaux, insectes, êtres humains, plantes et micro-organismes vivent en harmonie dans un environnement sain, résilient et le plus autonome possible. La permaculture : définition. Le mot « permaculture » en lui-même est la contraction de « (agri) culture permanente ». Il fut inventé par Bill Mollison et David Holmgren dans les années 1970. Le design ou conception en permaculture vise à faire de son lieu de vie un écosystème harmonieux, productif, autonome, naturellement régénéré et respectueux de la nature et de TOUS ses habitants ! Prototype Covid test delivers results three times faster than lateral flow French researchers have developed a coronavirus test that they say delivers results three times faster than rapid lateral flow antigen tests with – according to initial trial data – almost the same accuracy as more reliable, but slower, PCR tests. The electrochemical test, which uses nanobodies taken from the camelid group of animals, returns a result within 10 minutes and, in an early test of 300 samples, proved 90% as accurate as a PCR test for both positive and negative results. It is being developed by scientists at Lille and Marseille universities and from the French national scientific research centre CNRS. The test does not require processing in a laboratory and the result can be read on a smartphone. “It could be mass-produced very quickly, and has obvious application in hospitals and airports but also for family doctors and pharmacists,” David Devos, a pharmacology professor at the University of Lille, told local media.
