The company is the a result of the merger between Dinamia and N+1, carried out in July 2015, and combines the asset management business, financial consultancy and certain investment services previously developed by the N+1 Group, the business of direct investment in companies, developed by Dinamia and a new investment business in assets and products related to the management services of the combined group.
