REI Capital Growth (REICG) has devised a new Equity Token Offering business model for our U.S. Commercial Real Estate Fund.
This new Equity Token Offering is the combination of an “Interval Fund” structure wrapped in a “Permanent Capital Vehicle (PCV)” with beneficial ownership recorded as a “Security Token Offering (STO).”
