Celebrating the New Year with friends is always so much fun, and what better way than to add colored Frozen Fruit Cubes in Champagne! It can be almost any fruit—strawberries, blueberries, or sweet cherries as seen in the picture. Then when they melt, one cube will color and very lightly flavor your champagne, white wine, water, etc. and you may want to add another for more flavor. It makes whatever you are drinking look so pretty and it keeps it cold a little longer. When these cubes melt into the champagne, it reminds me of a Bellini, which is made with pureed fresh white peaches, not frozen. Now back to the New Year and all of its good possibilities!
