Re-crea. Re-crea es un depósito de creaciones impulsado por la Cámara de Comercio de Barcelona y BCD, Barcelona Centro de Diseño, cuya finalidad es ofrecer una prueba certificada del depósito de una creación de manera fácil, rápida, económica y confidencial.
Muy a menudo, empresas y profesionales se encuentran en la situación de tener que presentar productos, proyectos o creaciones ante un cliente, una feria o un evento sin haber podido registrarlos en el Registro de Propiedad Intelectual. Ante esta situación nace Re-crea, un depósito de creaciones en línea. La función del depósito de creaciones es certificar que un documento enviado por un usuario, debidamente identificado, ha sido depositado en un servidor seguro en una hora y fecha determinadas (sello de tiempo). Re-crea nace a partir de la necesidad de una solución rápida para acreditar las creaciones ante posibles copias de terceros; el usuario deposita sus documentos en un servidor seguro propiedad de la Cámara de Comercio de Barcelona.
