- Bachelor’s degree (Honors) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 16 years of education from a HEC-recognized university

Physical Standards:
For Male Candidates:
- BMI: 27
- Height without shoes: 170 cm
- One mile running time: qualifying minimum 09 minutes
- Chest Measurement:
- Non-Expanded: 34 inches
- Expanded: 36 inches or above
- Minimum 2 inches of expansion is mandatory
