Per tanti anni ho lavorato solo per diventare ricco, ho dedicato tutta la mia vita al denaro, ho sognato ville in campagna, auto costose e abiti firmati... Ho sognato consigli d'amministrazione, quotazioni in borsa, fabbriche da dirigere, giornali da controllare... Ma oggi che ho ottenuto tutto questo, la mia vita mi sembra vuota. Davvero non c'e' altro? Certo che c'e' dell'altro, ci siamo noi stessi. Oggi il mio desiderio e' quello di essere, voglio essere ricco dentro, voglio essere apprezzato per cio' che sono, non piu' per quello che ho. Oggi, fra "essere" e "avere", non ho piu' dubbi, scelgo l'essere. Anzi, ne prendo due.
