FSS Auto-Responder. Facebook-style Statuses. Facebook-style Statuses. Facebook-style Statuses - 3.x branch. This is the documentation for the 6.x-3.x branch of the Facebook-style Statuses module, which provides each user with a microblog where they can write what they're doing, how they feel, or anything they want. This also serves as the official documentation URL for Statuses for Drupal 7. While written for Facebook-style Statuses, most of the same information applies. Blocks One block is provided by default: the Facebook-style Statuses block, which shows a form to create a new status message as well as (optionally) a view of the latest status updates.

Additionally, the default Views provided by the module add several blocks. Pages Module Integration Facebook-style Statuses integrates with a large number of modules. Also check out the modules that extend FBSS. Profile Users' statuses (and, if allowed, the status update form) appear on their (core) profiles. Views Views integration allows site administrators to make lists of status updates.

Activity Triggers Rules User Relationships and Flag Friend Flag. FSS Links. Notice: FBSL is no longer maintained, you should use Facebook-style Micropublisher (FBSMP), a better solution for statuses with attachments (link, photo, video, etc) which integrates with Views, Rules, Heartbeat, Appbar and more. Facebook-style Links (FBSL) provides the ability for users to attach and submit links along with their Facebook-style Statuses.

Combined with Facebook-style Statuses (FBSS), the FBSL module provides an attach link form that loads via AHAH. Users can then attach a link with an (optional) thumbnail, title and description to their status. In the nutshell, it imitates the link attachment feature on Facebook. FBSL also provides token support for modules such as Activity 2.x. The themed image, title, description and status among other tokens are offered. FBSL can be used out of the box, though you can customize it from the settings page. Compatibilities FBSS underwent a major API change on 5th April and FBSL 1.x does not support it. Sponsor Thomas Cermak (LondonFuse) FSS Comments. Allows commenting on statuses from the Facebook-style Statuses module.

Abbreviated FBSSC. This module is only compatible with the 6.x-2.x branch of FBSS; commenting is built into the main FBSS package in the 3.x branch. Development on this module has stopped in favor of development on FBSS 3.x. Project information Minimally maintainedMaintainers monitor issues, but fast responses are not guaranteed. Releases View all releases. FSS Tag Suggestions. Facebook-style Statuses Tag Suggestions, or FBSSTS, provides inline suggestions for #hashtags and @mentions as they are typed in the Facebook-style Statuses (D6) / Statuses (D7) status update box. Suggestions drop down below the box when the user begins typing a tag. Tag suggestions are based on how often the user has used that tag previously, the popularity of the tag across the whole site, and auto-completing the tag name. FBSSTS checks frequently with the server when you type in the status update box retrieve tag suggestions. For this reason, large sites should test how this module affects their performance before using it.
