Hi, thanks for viewing my Bio. Things that I'm into. I used to shoot Rimfire Benchrest and had done for seven odd years and was one of the small number of disabled benchrest shooters in the world that shoots at the highest level by shooting nationally and internationally. In my career of shooting I've represent Britain twice, once in the first Europeans and once in the Worlds both held in the great city and range, TSN Milano in Italy. I should of been part of the team in 2010 in the Czech Republic and the WRABF Worlds in 2011, but due to ill health I was not able attend. In 2010 I had a custom rifle that was built for me by a British gunsmith, Steve Kershaw and manage to take part in the UK Nationals were I won Gold in 25m rimfire LV, Bronze in 50m rimfire LV, and Gold in 50m HV. I also set the record to win both aggregate trophies for LV and HV for the first time in the history of rimfire benchrest UK nationals. In 2011 I took part in the UK nationals for that year and won Silver in 25m LV, Silver in 50m LV, Gold in 25m HV and Silver in 50m HV and for the second time won both aggregate trophies for LV and HV, something that I never thought would be possible, but I did it and hope that one day someone will be able to beat that record. The rifle is unusual in that it has two interchangeable stocks for LV and HV. The action is a Anschutz 1913 with a Lilja barrel fitted and has a Harrell tuner on it. The scope is a Sightron 36x42 fixed parallax scope with a Bulzeye Pro optic fitted to it. The rifles have there own names which is the Snow Leopard for the HV and the Grey Fox for LV. I was one of the co-founders of the online magazine called Target Shooter that was setup between Carl Boswell, Vince Bottomley and myself which is one the most read online shooting on the internet and very proud of what we achieved. I currently have a website called the Benchrest Show which is dedicated to the sport of rimfire and air rifle benchrest shooting. The site has news, events, shooter profiles, videos and tutorials for people just getting into the sport. You can visit the site at www.benchrestshow.com. I also have as Facebook group called the Rimfire Benchrest Show that is very popular with FB members. I love the sport and work along side others at times to promote the sport not just nationally but internationally were I can. I am always happy to share knowledge of the sport that I have with others and you can always leave me a message on the wall or join the website and group. About me. I love food, don't drink but do smoke more occasionally than full on. I'm always there for my friends and family and love and adore my partner Juliet that is my world and love putting a smile on her face and always try to make laugh at least once a day. I'm a very independent wheelchair person and will always try to do for myself before I need to ask. I don't take my disability seriously and can make light of my situation as my close friends can do as well and can have a laugh. I live for each day and look at tomorrow as another day. Some paths in life can be difficult but if you put your mind to it you can do anything its just needs a little bit of will power.

We are pleased to announce an expansion to our services; we now have the capability to offer our new borescope barrel investigation using high-tech video and digital imaging processes.
The precision borescope allows us to evaluate the condition of a bore for scratches, pits, corrosion or other anomalies. We have used them for checking the quality of a just-cut chamber, the concentricity of a throat with bore, and the concentricity of lands with grooves. It reveals whether a chambering reamer cut cleanly or smeared the "down stream" edge of a land. A borescope can reveal the degree of bullet jacket or moly fouling in your barrel and where it occurs earliest. It also discloses which cleaners work with the least effort and which ones do the best job. The borescope can tell you a lot about the quality of a new custom rifle barrel and it reveals which type of rifling you have, be it cut, button, or hammer forged. By all accounts, the screen in the upcoming iPad 3 should be two times more spectacular than the display in the iPad 2, shown here.
Photo: Jim Merithew/Wired.com It’s the most definitive assurance yet that Apple’s next iPad will include a screen with a near “retina display”-quality resolution: DisplaySearch analyst Richard Shim has told CNET that “production has started” for 2048×1536, 10-inch-class tablet screens, and three manufacturers — Samsung, Sharp and LGD — are supplying parts to Apple. “It takes a couple of weeks for the production to go to the [the manufacturers],” Shim told CNET. “Then the manufacturer puts them in the housing. Then, that goes off to shipment. Shim’s words bear a confidence that’s been missing from most discussions concerning the iPad 3′s display aspirations. Indeed, producing relatively small, ultra-high-resolution displays is still a significant manufacturing challenge. “We know there are yield issues. So what’s a “yield issue” anyhow? Right. iPad.
