Medicare Open Enrollment is an annual period (typically from October 15 to December 7) when Medicare beneficiaries can review, change, or enroll in Medicare plans. It allows individuals to switch between Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Original Medicare (Parts A and B), as well as add, drop, or change prescription drug coverage (Part D).
