Professional Development Program for Ryerson Graduate Students with 3 certifications This voluntary program is designed to Provide professional development in teaching for Ryerson Graduate Students and Graduate Assistants (GAs)Provide opportunities for Ryerson Graduate Students and GAs to become more effective in their work at Ryerson and to mentor othersProvide a certificate in learning and teaching upon completion of each of three levels of this program The program is comprised of three distinct, yet complementary levels. Level 1 Level 1 is open to all Ryerson Graduate Students. It is comprised of two components.

The first component consists of 8 hours of workshops which can be facilitated at the Departmental or Faculty level, or by the Learning and Teaching Office. The second component involves completion of a 6-week (18-hour) course, CILT 100 Learning and Teaching in Higher Education I.
