אז מה אנחנו יודעים לומר על ניהול ידע בארגונים, כיום, כחמש עשרה שנים מאז שהתחלנו לעסוק בנושא הזה בישראל? הלקח המרכזי שלי מעיסוק אינטנסיבי בנושא הוא שכמו בחיים, דברים טובים קורים (אבל הם קורים מעט, ולאט…), לצד דברים רעים שקרו (ואלו קורים – הרבה, ומהר…). על אלה כמו גם על אלה, בעשר תובנות, אולי לא כל כך פופולאריות, אבל – כאלה שנלמדו "מהשטח":
ניהול ידע בארגונים – מה אנחנו יודעים כיום? (כמעט חמש עשרה שנים, עשר תובנות ועוד אחת חשובה) | מסע, מסה ומשא - תצפית על ארגונים, ניהול וידע
