I hit on this tiny budget hotel because it was close to the homes of family members. Room rate was almost Rs.2000/night ($50). Served the purpose of having a roof over our heads at night if nothing else. Mumbai has improved since our last visit 9 years ago but not to the extent that you can visibly see the changes unless you look for them.
