Garry Pasfield, proprietor of The Old Fitz, announced the appointment of Sydney Independent Theatre Company (SITCO) today as the new residents and managers of the theatre. SITCO will build a year round program for the venue, comprising of theatre and a range of other entertainment including music, cabaret, comedy and film festivals. Established in 2011 by Julie Baz and David Jeffrey and sister to Sydney Shakespeare Festival, SITCO aims to entertain, challenge and inspire audiences with performances that are accessible, affordable and - most importantly - a really fun night out.
