• Develop strategic partnerships with key client groups and our Learning Community • Consult to identify client need and recommend viable solutions • Lead the design, development and delivery stages of all leadership, operational, and technical training initiatives • Ensure all training programs support our culture, values, applicable operating procedures, and compliance requirements • Facilitate training programs for multiple levels of management • Model leadership behaviours in all interactions, ensuring credibility and partnership are established in support of L&D strategies • Lead and develop a team of Specialists • Lead special projects • Coach and mentor peers, colleagues, and clients • Oversee and/or conduct the development of evaluative tools and processes to evaluate and assess the delivery and effectiveness of training programs and materials.
