Everyone is talking about influence, so I added my perspective (based on personal experience) in my latest contribution to the Harvard Business Review . In the article, I lay out six critical "pillars" (not to be confused with metrics) which I find are significant factors when analyzing influence from both a traditional and digital perspective.
