Quinoa & sesame crackers recipe at Gone Raw
One of my favorite dessert recipes ever! I make so many different variations of this and rarely ever measure. The recipe below is just a base, but you can make this in almost any flavor using extracts and things like mesquite, lucuma, macca, fruit, etc. This is one of my favorite combinations!. Apologies for this post being a few days late, but my love for LARA bars demanded several tries and multiple flavor variations before posting—I really wanted to get this as close to the real thing as possible. Whether you’ve heard of them or not, LARA BARS are one of the very best energy bars on the market, largely because they are made from a short list of real food ingredients: nuts, fruits and spices. In addition to their inarguable yummy-ness, they boast the following assets: Unprocessed - Raw - Non-GMO - Gluten Free - Dairy Free - Soy Free - Vegan - Kosher. Sunflower seeds have 35 grams of protein per cup! This recipe is made by soaking sunflower seeds (or a mix of sunflower, and pumpkin seeds), and blended in the blender with garlic, your favorite salt (ours is pink Himalayan), lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar.

I'm sharing one of my favourite flax cracker recipes with you today because I'm hoping that you feel inspired enough to give dehydrating a go, and, fingers crossed, that this will push you to do even greater things besides, because this recipe is fool-proof.
