Pour la 9ème édition française, 127 entreprises ont postulé afin de valoriser leurs efforts quotidiens en matière d’amélioration des conditions de travail. Les critères les plus importants mis en avant par les salariés, qui contribuent largement à la construction de ce palmarès ? Le respect des règles éthiques et la gestion de l'entreprise de façon honnête (86 %), la fierté d'appartenance à un groupe (84 %) et la satisfaction de se rendre au travail tous les jours (74 %).
