It has a sleek and modern feel to it, the buttons are quiet and low-profile. It's very solid feeling, heavy even, about twice as heavy as the logitech ex100 I was using before.
Some might consider that a con but I like it. There's a little sun-icon button that brings up a panel showing your battery%, as well as the Lux you're getting from whatever light is in the room, which I find to be a very unique and handy feature. Mine arrived fully charged, that's always nice. Cons: Battery - I think it has to be not-in-use AND in the light to charge well. It's purported to be able to charge under sunlight or "even desk-lamp light," however, when I got the keyboard about a month ago it was at 100%, and now it's at about 81%. The mouse works great in wireless mode at first, then about 30 minutes to 1 hour of use (sometimes sooner), the wireless will start to misbehave. It will essentially hang up or pause on you, with cursor being frozen in place. When it unfreezes, the cursor is roughly where it should be had the mouse not paused on you. This does not start occurring until AFTER you install Synapse 2.0, and I have confirmed this on 2 computers with separate mice. I first had my original RMA'd through Newegg, but the second had the same problem. Each time I conversed extensively with Razer support, and each time they determined the mouse was defective.

Came with Cyberlink PowerDVD 9 Software to play DVD and Blu-Ray -- Plays Blu-Ray as well as my Panasonic stand alone Blu-Ray player. Don't know if this OEM product always comes this way. Cons: None the way I use it. It is hyper noisy when running at max speed (loudest thing I've ever heard in any of my many computer cases).
Other Thoughts: Used in HTPC. Cyberlink Software suite is complete -- can edit video, make DVDs, play Blu-Ray, play music, etc. Whole package only cost me $40 (after $10 promo and $10 gift card applied w/free shipping) -- a true bargain for what I got. Spacious, good cable management, excellent tool-less design, nice drive bays, etc. Overall, it is an excellent case that can take anything you throw at it. The PSU is also very nice. Modular, powerful, very quiet (normally...see "Con") and the PSU cover that comes with the case helps keep things need and tidy. Cons: Ok, I really have no cons for the case as I read all the reviews and specs before buying it so I know what I was getting.
