Juice recipes. Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. I interview Joe Cross, the star of Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead.

Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead

We talk about motivation, how to resist peer pressure and the need for a community. Watch the trailer for his movie and read the interview below. 1. Hey Joe! Your movie, Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead is empowering people to make radical changes in their lives with juicing. There wasn’t one particular incident that led me to say “that’s it.” I was a yo-yo dieter for years. What really was the motivator for me this time around was getting off prescription medicines and finding relief for my rare and painful autoimmune disease that was brought on and made worse by the excess weight. 2. When I drink juice, I definitely feel the impact of those micro-nutrients hitting my system with full force. 3. The first three days of a reboot can be brutal as your body transitions from a routine of processed eating. 4. I am a big fan of juices that include pineapple, watermelon, grapefruit or apple. 5. 6.

The mean green, for sure. Mean Green Juice Recipes. I’m on Day 17 of my Juice Reboot!

Mean Green Juice Recipes

I watched Joe Cross’s film “Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead” and I was inspired. After two back surgeries, may procedures, and severe chronic pain, I’ve ballooned up in weight. I’ve tried every diet but my metabolism seems out of sync with all the cortisone injections and medicines. So far, I’ve only lost 10 pounds but I’ve lost 2 inches in my waist and 2 inches in my hips and my pants are hanging more loosely.

Of course, I should have gone to my doctor already but I plan to do so next week. I bought the Breville Juice Fountain Plus, centrifugal juicer. My favorite recipe is 3 apples, 3 carrots, 3-6 Kale leaves, piece of ginger size of thumb. For you ladies, I’ve also noticed that the pores on my nose have shrunk a bit. Good luck to you all and happy juicing! Fat Sick And Nearly Dead Review. Amy and I sat down the other day to watch Fat Sick and Nearly Dead on Netflix.

Fat Sick And Nearly Dead Review

We didn’t entirely know what it was about, but we really dig watching documentaries and it had a catchy title so we judged the book by it’s cover and gave it a shot. We’re really glad we did… Fat Sick and Nearly Dead starts out by introducing you to Joe Cross. He’s a likable guy from Australia where he’s worked hard to become a successful businessman. However, like many of us, he’s spent much of his life nurturing his wealth and doing nothing for his health. The early part of Fat Sick and Nearly Dead starts out a bit slow, but as you get to know Joe and start to understand what he’s trying to do you’ll find yourself getting sucked in.

As he travels across the US, Joe interviews people on the street and in restaurants about their diet and health. Not to take anything away from Joe, but Phil is morbidly obese and being an ordinary truck driver doesn’t have the financial resources to draw from.
