The Abominable Charles Christopher - A Webcomic by Karl Kerschl

http://www.abominable.cc/ Get an original drawing in your copy of The Abominable Charles Christopher: Book One ! These have been unavailable since before Christmas but I’ve freed up some time to offer them again. Sketches are of random characters from the Cedar Forest and are drawn using pen, ink and marker (example above). All of them come signed by the author (that’s me!)
http://www.happletea.com/ I guess when you’re thinking up ways to really screw an entire culture over, it can be difficult to make them all chart toppers. It’s not like this was even the first time the Big Guy had to work on this kind of thing. Here’s a trick they taught us in art school: it’s all about volume; the more you produce, the more likely you are to land some hits. Passover is the celebration of the deliverance of the Children of Israel from Egypt where they were slaves. It begins with the story of the birth of Moses, a newborn baby Israelite, at a time when the Pharaoh had ordered all newborn Hebrew babes be thrown into the Nile.

Since this book is being self-published by me, I am relying on pre-orders to fund the printing of this book. The actual book will be shipping in May. I know I can count on you guys to support the comic, but as an incentive to order early, every pre-order gets a free signature from me, and a bonus gift.

Explosm.net - Home of Cyanide & Happiness

For the first time ever, all four of us dudes who bring you Cyanide & Happiness each day will be appearing in Chicago to sign posters and do sketches for our fans in the windy city. Come see us at You can find us at Booth 434 . An easy way to remember the booth number is that it's just 434 backwards. I also drew you this map to find our booth: The four of us will be signing things and doing big crazy sketches all weekend. http://www.explosm.net/

joey My friend Derek is sick with some disgusting and intriguing type of horrific cancer, and his friends are throwing him a fundraising art sale. He has some PRETTY FAMOUS FRIENDS, it turns out. It's not an auction, so you could buy some crazy art here. There's a David Altmejd sculpture, even, for ridiculously cheap. It is a sculpture of Derek's deadly, mysterious spleen.

Dresden Codak

http://dresdencodak.com/ Last week my personal hero, Jean “Moebius” Giraud , died at 73. There has never been a more singular influence in my work and career, and his passing has been deeply felt by the world of comics and pop art. While many in America may not recognize the name, Moebius has had a heavy hand in the direction of modern science fiction since the early 1970s, including Alien , Bladerunner and Tron .

The Meek » Archive » Ch 1 Cover

http://www.meekcomic.com/2008/12/27/chapter-1-cover/ Yesss ;_____; First of all thanks so much to my friend L, who got this site running in record time because he is amazing. He seriously did it all in a few hours over this and last weekend, I don’t have enough vocabulary to thank him enough. At the moment we’re looking at a once-a-week update schedule because I’ve got this fucking big test coming up but once I get my pace on I’m going to try to make it M-F. At the moment I’m considering W updates, but maybe M if I can get all my shit together so who knows?!?!
...and I would desperately like to post more very soon, but making bad update predictions repeatedly is probably the worst thing I can do. I apologize for doing that. Let's just say I'll be doing my best with the time I have, and leave it at that.

Two isn't enough, four is one more than necessary.

No comic this week, just some doodles. Decided to have some fun drawing some of my recent game avatars. Seems I’m pretty set in my digital ways when it comes to custom characters. Just an endless sea of cropped, white haired girls usually with hoodies and blank, far-off expressions. Lastly, add in a an ocular oddity, like a vertical scar or an eye-patch and that wraps it up. Gonna keep this short; I Just want to plug a few very nice and creative folks we met over at AoD, that convention we were hanging out at earlier this month. http://threepanelsoul.com/
That should do it. All the comics are loaded back in. I still need to restore the rants, especially the ones that contained comics, like the Morrowind Mod one. I also still need tinker with the archive pages.

The Most Malevolent Spirits - Wasted Talent

Submitted by L473ncy on January 27, 2011 - 6:36am. I love it. If you layer right it's actually not that cold and if you go to the smaller hills lift tickets are dirt cheap, the staff are really nice and welcoming, and there's also the benefit of no lines. Actually during my winter break I went to Austria to a smallish hill in Tirol/Tyrol to a place called Kaunertal Valley, the staff were really hospitable and cheerful (and one of the waitresses kind of looked like Catherine Bell), lodging was quite cheap and tickets were only 80 EUR for 3 days. If your timing is right, just about any theme park that's open on a weekday after Spring Break and before schools let out for summer is an AWESOME theme park with NO LINES.
