Two hours off the coast of Bali lies three desert islets, called the Gili Islands. Consisting of white sand beaches, palms trees, seashells and pristine turquoise waters; the Gilis are the epitome of a tropical paradise. To be completely honest, it’s never been a country that rated highly on my “to do” list.
