O teu problema é compartilhado por várias pessoas. Acontece que teu Windows não processa corretamente os drivers para o teu dispositivo MTP (teu celular, no caso). Ele carrega via USB porque energia não depende de drivers instalados no Windows. Existem algumas soluções para o teu problema. A primeira coisa é fazer o q vc fez, reinstalar o KIES, pq ele força a reinstalação dos drivers. A segunda coisa simples q vc pode fazer é remover da USB atual e instalar em outra porta USB.
Eu dispensaria edição de registro e outras ´mágicas´ q tem na net, nada funcionou pra mim.
