Two days ago I found myself daydreaming while mixing up a bowl of cookie dough for truffles. When I finally snapped out of it, I laughed. "Where did I go just now? " Oh yeah. It was my thirtieth birthday. Needless to say, the truffle-making was history. As far as dome desserts go, this one is fairly simple. Plan ahead if you're making this for a holiday gathering. Well if you haven't....you have no idea what your missing out on!
