So in camera, I'm finding I pick Astia, sharpness to M-Hard,usually set the shadow tone to M-Soft (I love the colours of Astia & Velvia, but find they block up the shadows a bit much) and set the noise reduction to std, or M-High depending on what ISO I use. If I have over exposed the photo to much (my error to begin with) the camera (X10 I'm using) only gives you -1 EV, and the result can look like I was doing it to a jpeg in stead of a raw.
