Dar ir dabar, retkarčiais, kai ją lankau, prieš važiuodama paskambinu paprašyti iškepti būtent varškėtukus, tik kepamos būna dvi didelės keptuvės, nes ir man, ir Rokui… Išvažiuodami tikrai nieko nepaliekam - per daug skanu. Receptas paliktas gana tradicinis, su kiaušiniu ir kvietiniais miltais, tačiau jei netoleruojate glitimo, galite kvietinius miltus keisti ryžių bei tapijokos miltų mišiniu. Kodėl rinktis būtent ryžių ir tapijokos miltus versijai be glitimo?
