Malberts melodier Datorbaserad lästräning bra för döva och hörselskadade barn - SkolportenSkolporten Barn som är döva eller hörselskadade kan bli hjälpta i sin läsinlärning när lästräningen kombineras med ljud. Det visar Cecilia Nakeva von Mentzers avhandling där hon har studerat ljudbaserad lästräning för barn med cochleaimplantat eller hörapparat. Varför blev du intresserad av ämnet? – Jag har jobbat som logoped kliniskt både med barn med språkstörning i förskoleålder och barn med lässvårigheter. Jag har även arbetat med döva och hörselskadade barn som har fått implantat och olika typer av hörapparater och jag har tidigare varit med och utvecklat datorprogram som syftade till att förbättra barns uttalsförmåga. Vad handlar avhandlingen om? – Den handlar om datorbaserad, fonologisk lästräning (på engelska ”phonics”) för döva och hörselskadade barn som använder cochleaimplantat eller hörapparat.
