Circos Table Viewer - Circular Visualization of Tabular Data Before uploading a data file, check the samples gallery to make sure that your data format is compatible. Your file must be plain text. Your data values must be non-negative integers. Data must be space-separated (one or more tab or space, which will be collapsed). No two rows or columns may have the same name.

Because Gephi is an easy access and powerful network analysis tool, we propose a tutorial designed to allow everyone to make his first experiments on two complementary datasets. After a short introduction about the basis of SNA and some examples which shows the potential of this tool and gives some inspiration, this tutorial is divided into 2 main “exercices”: a geographical network of 1000 individuals sending letters all over Europe and a 2-mode network of 100 members of 10 different institutions. 1.1 A short introduction to Social Network Analysis A network is made of two components : a list of the actors composing the network, and a list of the relations (the interactions between actors).

And trying to find related content can also be difficult, depending on what data you’re looking for. But data visualizations can make all of that much easier, allowing you to see the concepts that you’re learning about in a more interesting, and often more useful manner. Below are 50 of the best data visualizations and tools for creating your own visualizations out there, covering everything from Digg activity to network connectivity to what’s currently happening on Twitter. Because these observations were made at appoximately the same time of day, the motion of the spots across the Sun can easily be seen. To illustrate this, thirty-six of Galileo's sunspot drawings have been placed in sequence as "flip-book" type animation which can be played at two different speeds. The faster animination better demonstates to movement of the sunspots. The slower animation affords the opportunity for more careful study of Galileo's drawings.

Visualising Data » Resources Here is a collection of some of the most important, effective, useful and practical data visualisation tools. The content covers the many different resources used to create and publish visualisations, tools for working with colour, packages for handling data, places to obtain data, the most influential books and educational programmes and qualifications in visualisation itself. * Please note there are another 40-50 items to add to these collections but they are going to be saved for now and launched alongside the new version of this website around April * Data and visualisation tools Resources and learning references
