35 Rounds of Grey Just a very quick text-only-pattern if you want to make your own lil racoon. You should have some experience with amigurumis as I don’t explain the steps too well. But if you made a few before, it should be pretty straight forward. Equipments: – cotton yarn; small amounts of black, grey and white (/offwhite) I used Catania (50g/125m) – hook size 2.5 – needle – safety eyes: I used 7.5mm (with colors as all black would be hard to see) – polyester filling MR=magic ring, sc=single crochet, hdc=half double crochet, dc=double crochet inc=invisible increase, dec=invisible decrease

African Flower Hexagon Join-as-you-go Tutorial Today was a quiet day...we spent it at home, just pottering about. Gerry had to go and do rounds, and the kids did homework while I photographed the tutorial. It was a warm, sunny summers day here in SA, and the kids spent the afternoon swimming.... A visitor asked for a tutorial on how to join-as-you-go when you are crocheting African Flower Hexagons... here you are .... Start with one completed hexagon.
POKEBALL I made a bunch of these pokeballs for the kids starting way back in the mid 90's ... when they were little. They'd lose one (or the dogs would chew them up) so I'd make more. Even at their ages they still love to play with these things :) Lovely rabbit in crochet with standard - Crochet Designs Free I love crochet. Pania the Amigurumi Turtle: Free Pattern Pania swam up to me one cold stormy day as I strolled along the shore. She was ever so tired of the wintry ocean and longed for the warmer seas. I suggested she spend the winter ashore in my warm cosy house, and she heartily agreed. She has found herself quite at home here and seems to have become best friends with Miss Octopus, both of whom have a love of the ocean and ocean jewels. She has been entertaining me with tales of her namesake, Pania, the mythical Maori maiden of the reef, and as a thank you for my hospitality she has agreed to share how you too can have your very own turtle visit. My patterns are written down as I create my amigurumi, but let me know if there is anything missing.
