Birds of Pray Art Print - Artist Shoppe Popular All « PrevNext » « Prev1234 ... 80Next » Video Transcript What is art? From the materials we use to the hands that ply them, we match the care that goes into everything we make to that of the artist that designed it. It begins with those thousands of artists entrusting their original work to another. It's the paper that isn't just paper, but pressed European cotton. It's the archival quality inks that mean your print outlives you. It's the craftsmen that print, cut, check and pack your art. All together, thousands of steps were taken to make your Art Print. This is our process. This is our art.

BMW R60/2 custom In the car world, you often see “murdered out” vehicles, painted completely black for a sleek and sinister look. You occasionally see it in the motorcycling world—Steve Jones’ Ducati being an example—but I don’t think I’ve ever seen a fifty-year-old classic motorcycle given the “murder” look. This traffic-stopping machine, called “Great Escape“, is a 1963 BMW R60/2 customized by Blitz Motorcycles of France. Hugo, Léo and Fred have restored this 594 cc (36 ci), shaft-driven Boxer twin, powdercoated the frame, fork and handlebar in matt black, and then used high-temperature black for the engine. The R60/2 was completely rewired, stripped of its fenders and fitted with 18” Mitas Enduro tires. It’s a look that seems to suit the bike, especially with that oddball swing-arm suspension at the front as well as the back.

Cars, Used Cars, New Cars for Sale,Car Configurator,New Cars,Used Cars Rolls Royce Rolls-Royce is a high-end luxury car manufacturer based out of Goodwood, England, across from the famous Goodwood Circuit. The current iteration of the company is not the same Rolls-Royce that debuted in in 1904, which was sold off to BMW in 1998. The new Rolls-Royces are partially made of BMW parts, although the majority of the cars are still unique, as the old models were. The Phantom four-door sedan has been the flagship of Rolls-Royce since BMW completed the takeover in 2003. One trademark of Rolls-Royce is the endless available customization options. Rolls-Royce later introduced the Phantom Coupe and Drophead Coupe, its two-door and convertible versions of the Phantom. Sans Parapluie Turns Old Wardrobes into Pieces of Art Photos: SansParapluie.com Funny how with a touch of creativity, an old piece of furniture can not only come back to life, but also become a valuable work of art. This is the goal of Sans Parapluie, a line by Argentine artist Lucas Rise. We've seen many pieces of furniture refurbished with excellent taste before, even in Argentina: Livin Pop and Raval Warehouse are some examples. But Lucas Rise's work goes far from that: it's not just about recycling, but about creating a whole new universe for the object. 'Nigeria' model. 'Japanese garden'. And, Why wardrobes? Even the ecological part of the recovery process (avoiding the pieces to go to the trash or keeping you from buying new furniture) is not Rise's main motivation, the artist says he does have a deep respect for wood and a conscience about the importance of recycling. 'Africa'. 'Violin'. More about Lucas Rise and Sans Parapluie at SansParapluie.comFor more on the sustainable design and culture beat in Latin America follow me on Twitter.

Behold: The Most Fabulously Ferocious Ferrari Ever | Autopia Photo: Ferrari At some point, automakers will realize there is more to life than horsepower, gearheads will see that eyeball-flattening acceleration is overrated and … oh, who are we kidding? There will always be cars like the fabulously ferocious Ferrari F12berlinetta and we will always love them. The new flagship Ferrari unveiled today is, the folks in Maranello say, the most powerful road car the company has ever built, producing more power than even the Lamborghini Aventador. Ferraris are, in many ways, all about the engine and the F12berlinetta (that’s really the name, one word) delivers the goods. Unrelenting is an apt description. Ferrari says all that oomph can propel the 3,362-pound gran turismo to 62 mph in an impressive 3.1 seconds. At some point you’ll want to stop, so Ferrari thoughtfully outfits the F12berlinetta — and from here on we will call it the F12 — with carbon ceramic brakes. UPDATED 1:30 p.m. Photos: Ferrari

Life Calendar Posted on December 15, 2010 by saya Nearly all the calendars we see nowadays are creative, and obviously the Life Calendar is among them too. “How was your day?” is the first of the series, which asks the users to draw different pictures so as to record their various emotions. Even though you still need to do some work, you’ll actually find it much easier to document your life with a Life Calendar rather than with a diary. Selling Price: 9.95Euro Buy it here

Lamborghini Madura by Slavche Tanevski One Sharp Black Lambo From the darkest depths of the design mind of the one called Slavche Tanevski comes THIS! The Lamborghini *Ankonian. It’s black. It’s sharp. And I don’t mean flashy in any kind of bad way. It’s not quite “green,” but it’s does have that sort of environmental friendliness in mind with it’s downsisedness. + Does this car look familiar to anyone? *NOTE from Chris Burns: originally I’d had this car marked “Madura”, when in fact it is called the Ankonian. Designer: Slavche Tanevski Untamed Velocity - Tour of the Barber Motorsports Museum, Birmingham, Alabama Yes, this is the entrance to Barber Motorsports Park. Fortunately they don't discriminate against happy-go-lucky idiots who love riding motorcycles. The Professor and Chris demonstrate. The entrance road to Barber Motorsports Park. George Barber sure knows how to build 'em. Outside the Barber Museum; at first, it looks somewhat odd. The Barber Museum, or as Chris likes to believe, his winning Mega-Millions ticket house. Come on in, it's a museum. And to our left, vintage racers worth more than a house. When you have this many, you store them like matchbox cars. The Vincent Black Shadow. Onboard the first true Hayabusa, aka the Black Shadow. Vintage military motorcycles, looking like they're fresh off the showroom floor. What, no tassles? Hey, George Barber stacks his bikes on a Christmas tree just like you do. BMW should make this TODAY. Professor Ted trying to look innocent after being asked twice by security to stop trying to start the F1 car. Unobtainable Bimota bodywork? The Bimota V-Due.
