Gewoon een kwestie van uitproberen dus. Opmerking; Je hebt er tegenwoordig maar weinig aan omdat de stick dan opstart in real DOS. Download eerst de "HP format utility" (1,7 MB) Na de installatie en starten van dit kleine progje zie je het volgende. Mijn USB-stick had ik dus al in de USB-poort zitten en werd netjes herkend. Kies vervolgens bij "File system" FAT32. Zet een vinkje bij "Create รก DOS Startup disk" Vervolgens "Using DOS system files located at" Doe nu een bootable flop in de floppy-drive en klik op de ...knop en selecteer A: Voor diegenen die geen floppy-drive in hun PC/Laptop hebben wat steeds vaker voor komt, is het natuurlijk mogelijk om dit bij een vriend/familielid te doen die wel een floppy-drive heeft.
