Date a Girl Who Runs | The Bull Runner Date a girl who runs. Date a girl who chooses to move than to let the world pass her by. She will cover the roads with you while talking about the mundane to the profound without gasping for air. She will notice and appreciate the little things: the extra cushioning of her shoes, the softness of the pavement vs concrete, or how much cooler it is to run 30 minutes earlier in summer. Take her to a race and be there with her 30 minutes before gun start. Hold her jittery hands before you enter the assembly area. If you find a girl who runs, never let her go; register for a marathon and train together. She is happiest on Sundays, the day when she can run long with you. Propose after your first marathon abroad. When you marry a girl who runs, the only time you will see her slow down is when she walks down the aisle towards you. She will never force your children to run, but they will learn to love it when they see her passion for running.

Fitness Advice, Workout Videos, Health & Fitness | Bodyrock.tv Hi BodyRockers, Today Freddy and I are starting to pack for our move and we are crazy busy. With everything that we have to do today, I didn’t have time for a full workout, but don’t worry because I put together this savage little 6 minute full body routine that will rock you out. I think that it is always better to do something than to skip your training completely, and this workout may come in a small package, but as you can see in the video, if you are pushing it at your max effort – full throttle – you won’t have anything left after 6 minutes. Freddy & I will be back this weekend with new BodyRockers, a new diet challenge and possibly a life post if we actually do anything interesting besides packing! Enjoy your training! We’re dividing the work on this project into four basic phases. Phase 1. Data migration As described here, we’ve imported over every account that we have on Xanga over to the new system so that anyone who could sign into Xanga can still sign into Xanga 2.0. Finally and most important of all, we’ve imported over 2 million blogs from the old system. * We’ve archived the blogs of the hundreds of thousands of blogs where the user has logged in in the past 5 years and has at least two subscribers. * We did an additional set of archives for 200k users who had logged in the past year and had at least 10 blogs. * We’ve also archived the blogs of every single user that’s ever been premium at any point in the past… And of course, a lot of you guys archived your own blogs using the old Xanga archive generator.
