Pour continuer dans ma lancée et parce que c’est ce que j’ai étudié ce matin, je vais vous expliquer pourquoi il est intéressant que mon entreprise me paye un loyer ?. Tout d’abord il faut savoir qu’il n’y a pas de règle pour déterminer le prix d’un loyer, mais il paraît logique que si vous appliquez un tarif abusif vous prenez le risque de vous attirer les foudres de l’administration fiscale. Il est donc bon de faire une petite recherche pour évaluer le loyer que vous pourriez faire payer à votre entreprise. C’est assez simple, commencez par mesurer la ou les pièces qui sont utilisées exclusivement par votre entreprise. Puis faites une recherche sur internet (ou ailleurs) pour avoir une idée du marché dans votre région et déterminez un prix au mètre carré.
