Luego de una larga espera vuelvo a enviarles una serie de fuentes gratuitas que pueden ser útiles para proyectos que tengan en mente o bien, para inspirar y generar ideas en las construcciones de logos. Sabrán que nunca recomiendo que utilicen una fuente plana y sin modificaciones para un logo, además hay algunas opciones gratuitas que no permiten su aplicación comercial, pero los enlaces entre los caracteres pueden brindarles opciones de conexión que no habían tenido en cuenta. Suelo guardar una gran cantidad de fuentes para tener de dónde elegir en el momento que las necesito, pero esto puede ser un problema si tienen poco espacio, por lo que siempre que puedan realicen una biblioteca en la nube que puedan ir actualizando y la utilización de etiquetas y carpetas con los tipos de fuentes puede llegar a ayudarlos a organizarse y a no perder demasiado tiempo en la búsqueda. Steel rebar forms storage system at Toronto kitchen showroom
Canadian studio DesignAgency has used steel reinforcing bars to create a shelving system within a kitchen appliance showroom in Toronto (+ slideshow). Aiming to create a space that doesn't "look or feel like a traditional appliance store", the studio worked with Appliance Love to develop an innovative way to present the brand's products within an old warehouse. The designers kept the original concrete flooring and large windows, but added a bright red frame to the entrance of the store to increase visibility from the street. "We wanted to stay true to the industrial nature of the building," designer Jamie Phelan told Dezeen. DesignAgency chose the steel rods that are typically used to reinforce concrete – which are also known as rebar – to create the grid-like shelving system. "The rebar grid system was made in sections in a downtown Toronto metal shop," Phelan explained. Plywood boxes that can slot in and out of the compartments are used to house smaller appliances, crockery and plants.

Creada en exclusiva para una residencia en Surat, la India, su ingenioso diseño nace de la idea de crear un elemento fijo que se pudiera abrir imitando el movimiento de una cortina de lamas. El resultado es una puerta que posee una altura de 5.2m y 1.7m de ancho, compuesta por 40 tablas pivotantes de madera de teca de 254mm, con 160 poleas y 80 cojinetes de bolas, que con un simple push se fragmenta abriéndose con elegante sinuosidad.
