DRAWING GRASS (Negative Drawing techniques)at MIKE SIBLEY FINE ART What do you see when you look at this picture on the right? Do you see an ancient black drinking cup? Maybe an ebony candlestick holder? These are the positive images. Or do you see two white faces both looking at each other? You can of course draw grass in any way you choose from "sketchy" (which serves its purpose here as this drawing is just 1½" high and the grass exists only to place the tractor in space)... ...to where it plays a full role as an integral part of the "reality" of the drawing. It confuses the rational element that tries to control the creative side. "The coconut shy principle" Pick up a ball, quickly turn around and throw it at a target the instant you see it. "The parking principle" Try slowly and carefully reversing a car into a tight parking space and you will often fail. Kamratrespons I onsdags testade vi kamratrespons. Eleverna delades in i par och fick läsa läsläxan för varandra. De skulle sedan ge positiv respons, beröm, till kompisen i form av två meningar. Innan samtalade vi om hur man ger bra tips till varandra, att man är trevlig och ger tipsen på ett bra sätt, så att ingen blir ledsen. Du läser lugnt och med tydlig röst.Du läser korta ord med flyt.Du ljudar längre ord.Du pausar vid punkt.Du gör en kort paus vid kommatecken.Du läser det mesta av texten med flyt. Lappen med två stjärnor och en idé klistrade vi in där det fanns plats längst bak i läxboken. De konkreta tipsen har jag fått av Cecilia Seiman. Lyser upp området – med graffitihus Två fasader, två gator - och graffiti från marken upp till taknocken. I Malmöstadsdelen Seved har ett helt hus blivit en målarduk. Resultatet? Sveriges färggladaste byggnad. Allting började för fyra och ett halvt år sedan. När Danielle Wendin, 31, flyttade in i en lägenhet på Seved i Malmö kände hon direkt att hon ville göra något i området. Tidigt föddes tanken på ett projekt som skulle sätta färg på byggnaderna i området. – Jag har ett graffitiintresse och ville helt enkelt sätta färg på husen på Seved. ”Tänkte väl inte så jäkla mycket” Men först när Danielle kom i kontakt med Lars Andersson, som äger flera fastigheter på Seved, började drömmarna långsamt bli verklighet. – Han hade en lokal som jag var intresserad av. Och responsen var positiv - direkt. Under åren har flera projekt startats och lagts ner i Seved. – Jag tänkte väl inte så jäkla mycket. Sedan 2010 har han köpt ett antal fastigheter i området. Mycket arbete Allt arbete med fasaderna har gjorts idellt.
Skapligt enkelt i bildundervisning Hur kan Skapligt Enkelt vara till hjälp i undervisningen? Målet med Skapligt Enkelt har aldrig varit att bli en heltäckande bank för att täcka det centrala innehållet för ämnet bild, men en del av de tips som finns här kan användas i bildundervisning i skolan. Se det som tips till det praktiska arbetet och utforma sedan själv lektionen med syfte och kunskapskrav i åtanke. Nedan ger jag exempel på uppgifter som skulle kunna passa till de olika delarna i det centrala innehållet. Det är svårt att göra uppdelningen 1-3/4-6 då många uppgifter går att anpassa till åldrarna. Samtidigt som jag gjorde sammanställningen här, insåg jag att det fanns en utmaning för mig att fylla i de luckor som uppdagades. Men tills dess hoppas jag att sammanställningen kan vara en hjälp så som den är.
